MicroLux Rolling Flames

I Purchased this unit to warm up my office and had it in 2 days. After taking it out of the box and setting it up I tried to power it on and nothing happened. Called Microlux Support and they walked me through some troubleshooting and had it on within 5 minutes. The glow from the logs is actually better than I expected and gives off a decent light. The Heater function works well and really gets an area warm quick. The purifying function is what had me concerned at first but it actually continues to run when the desired temperature has been reached with the heater when the heat cycles off.
