Warms room within minutes!

We just purchased this heater yesterday because our back bedroom drops to freezing temperatures at night. On the lowest setting it made a noticeable difference in our bedroom within a few minutes. I love the automatic temp settings, it shuts off when it reaches the level you set it at and turns back on when it begins to get cool again. We left this heater on throughout the night on our dresser, and it made such a huge difference! Its not as quiet as a ceiling fan, but its not uncomfortably loud either. Im very impressed with this product!

A simple heater

As technology progreses, this becomes an out of date heater. Two heating settings, one rotating thermostat to set temp, no remote controller, with a simple fan to blow heated air to warm the surrounding space. On the other hand, what a heater can do for you is to heat the surrounding and rest while the temp reach the set point. All the fancy design with high technology can make a heater looks great and standing out, but still do the same basic job - heat and rest, and can not design in other way to save any electricity.
If you need a heater with basic function, this may be good enough. Look for a good deal around to get one under $20. No reliability data available at this moment.

Winters are Warm and Toasty ! =D

I recommend this heater with no 2nd thoughts. I got this Heater as a Christmas gift I think in 2005 and every winter I can sleep Warm and Toasty. So toasty that sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to take off my sweater or jacket that I'd be sleeping in. My sister bought this heater from a Target store and it came in a special Buy One Get One Free offer. I L
