I was very happy with this machine, tough I was not happy that there were a couple scratches and dings in it when I received it. Easy to put together and works very well.Shipping was very fast

Not as described

Product was not as described on Amazon. Product specification said product included a warming deck. When it arrived one was not included. Contacted seller who stated that warming deck was only on 6oz and 8oz models. After much back and forth conversation, they finally agreed to replace it with one that has a warming deck. The replacement unit is either used or refurbished.
